Why Confidentiality Matters
Payroll information is among the most sensitive data in any organisation. Unauthorised disclosure can lead to workplace disputes, breach of trust and potential legal consequences. Every employee has a right to privacy over their own compensation details — and a shared responsibility to respect the same privacy of others.
Reporting a Breach
If you believe your payroll data has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you suspect a confidentiality breach, please contact your HR department immediately. All reports will be treated with the utmost seriousness and confidentiality.
